Scooby and Shaggy may be fictional TV show characters, but they understand the munchies and know a thing or two about good snacks. If you have ever been jealous of the different things they munched on throughout the show, we have a few recipes for munchies snacks that would make even those two jealous.

Chili Cheese Corn Dogs
These corn dogs take a carnival classic and raise it to a new level. The combination of chili and corn dogs might not sound like a match when you first hear it, but consider this – cornbread is typically paired with chili and chili cheese dogs are a timeless classic, so all you’re doing is making it an easier form of consumption. If you are vegan or vegetarian, don’t worry, you can substitute the ingredients for alternatives that meet your taste buds!
IngredientsFrozen Corn dogsHomemade or Pre-Made ChiliShredded CheeseSour Cream (optional)Chives / onions (optional)
Remove the stick from the corndog and prepare it as instructed by the packaging
As the corn dog is cooking, warm your chili (stovetop does more for the taste than the microwave, but do whatever’s clever for you)
Once the corn dog is cooked, cut it down the middle (“hot dog style”)
Top your corn dog with the warmed up chili and then add shredded cheese and the optional toppings as your heart and stomach desire
Smoke a fat one and enjoy your chili cheese corn dog

Triple Meat BBQ Sliders
Scooby and Shaggy were big fans of sandwiches, to say the least, and a nice post-hit sandwich never misses. Lean into your carnivorous desires with some triple meat sliders that would have Scooby saying “ruh-roh” with worry about his eyes being too big for his stomach.
IngredientsRefrigerated Pulled PorkDeli-sliced ChickenBacon (Pre-Made or Uncooked)Sliders RollsBarbeque SauceButter
Prep your slider rolls by buttering them and toasting them in the oven
As the rolls are warming heat up the pulled pork, sliced chicken and bacon
Once all the meat and rolls are warmed, assemble the sliders by layering the chicken, pulled pork and bacon with barbeque sauce between each meat
Cookie Bites that make you say “ruh-roh!”
Dog treats probably don’t wet your whistle, but if you are craving something sweet there is a way to still enjoy “scooby snacks”: make your own! Now, if the thought of making cookies sounds treacherous to you, have no fear, we would never recommend making homemade cookies, especially while high.
IngredientsPre-made Cookie Dough of your choice
Roll four pieces of dough into small balls
Form a piece of dough into a rectangular log-like shape
Put the four balls on each corner of the rectangular log
Bake the cookies as directed by the packaging
Let the cookies cool and enjoy your scooby snacks
Though we wish we could share these munchies snacks with Scooby and Shaggy during our dream blunt rotation, this is at least a close second. The great thing about these options is that you can make them with pre-made, store-bought items to cut down the time it takes to satiate your munchies. Plus, we already know you’re ending up at the store for craving solutions. So happy munching!
