Green Eugene is Eugene’s premier cannabis magazine, student-run and student-published. We distribute our publications to over 65 local dispensaries in the Eugene and Springfield area, producing over 4,500 copies per edition. We strive to produce content that will be interesting, engaging and relevant to all generations and backgrounds who may pick up our publications by including a wide breadth of topics within the cannabis industry. It is a diverse and ever-changing culture, and our content aspires to capture that representation while providing accurate and transparent journalism for the cannabis community and beyond. All content is for folks 21+.

A NOTE FROM OUR EDITOR

I have long known and experienced the power of cannabis and that is what called me to want to write for Green Eugene. The ways in which cannabis taught me so much about myself, about medicine, about recreation, and about community is why I wanted to take on more of a leadership role at Green Eugene. As a Black woman, I am particularly interested in supporting and making space for the wide variety of voices within the cannabis industry — from Black, Indigenous, and People of Color’s voices to those who have been incarcerated because of cannabis. I hope that by reading Green Eugene you are able to learn something new, think critically about an aspect of cannabis, and see the diversity that exists within the cannabis community.
